At 7.15 a.m, when i arrived near Taman Hijrah, one of endangered mammal across the road.
i was very shocked when i saw the larger size of this animal. The size like a kancil car. i thought this tapir maybe is female.
At the same time, i was very lucky to meet with her nearest to my place. i was very happy to see this species still alive.
however, i was very disappointed because do nothing as a prove because she running away to the copse quickly.
Tapir
There are four species of Tapirs: the Brazilian Tapir, the Malayan Tapir, Baird's Tapir and the Mountain Tapir. All four species of tapir are classified as endangered or vulnerable.
Tapirs are large mammals found in the rainforests of Central and South America and also Malaysia.

The tapir is a bizarre-looking animal with a body shaped like a pig but short elephant-like trunk. In the Malay language, the tapir is commonly referred to as "cipan", "tenuk" or "badak tampong. Tapirs feed on plants.
